Throughout the drawing process, working on the sonar dancers feels like a collaboration with something external to me, which I cannot really explain, or easily put into words. I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing, yet at the same time somehow confident in what needs to be done. As if writing fluently, and at times even fiercely, in a language which I don’t understand but know very well. Quite the sensation!
